• Reprints: Up to two reprints if the quality does not meet expectations.
• Refunds: If issues persist after reprints, management will review your request. Refunds will be partial and based on the project’s progress.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Customized and advance-ordered items are non-refundable once production begins.
• Refunds for marketing services, promotional materials, or other similar services are not available.

We provide free revisions to ensure customer satisfaction. Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, additional charges may apply.

• Minor errors or technicalities (e.g., small typos)
• Delays caused by the client
• Changes in project requirements after the order
• Claims made without documented concerns

Before Work Begins: Refunds are allowed if you cancel within one business day of placing your order.

After Work Starts: Partial refunds may be granted based on the progress and revisions made.

We strive to meet deadlines, but unforeseen delays may occur. If we are at fault, and you have contacted us three times regarding the delay, a 50% refund may be issued.

All materials produced by ThesisBinding.ca remain our property until full payment is made. Once payment is completed, ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not reuse or redistribute any content from our website without written permission.
