Revision Policy

We encourage our customers to carefully review our revision policy before placing an order. If you disagree with any of the clauses below, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Please ensure you fully understand our terms before proceeding.

If you require revisions for work completed by ThesisBinding.ca, we are happy to assist under the guidelines outlined in our policy:

Clause 1: Timeframe for Revisions

You can request revisions within 30 days of delivery. For theses or dissertations, this period extends to 60 days. Requests made after this time will not be entertained.

Clause 2: Turnaround for Revisions

Revisions will be completed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the feedback and complexity of changes. For urgent revisions, clearly indicate this when submitting your request via email or your account portal.

Clause 3: Additional Requirements

If your revision includes new instructions not shared at the time of placing the order (e.g., new topics, case studies, software, or objectives), these will be treated as a new task and will incur additional charges.

Clause 4: Fresh Price Quotes

Changes that require new research or adjustments to the original order (e.g., a new research topic or country-specific guidelines) will be considered new work. A fresh price quote will be provided for such requests.

Clause 5: Submission Channels

To ensure a smooth process, all revision requests must be submitted via email or the ThesisBinding.ca customer portal. These channels allow direct communication with our experts for efficient resolution.

Clause 6: Unsupported Channels

Revision requests submitted via WhatsApp or Live Chat will not be processed. Use email or the customer portal for revisions and other channels only for follow-ups or updates.

Clause 7: Single Revision Cycle

Each revision cycle will address one set of instructions only. Additional instructions provided after the initial set will be treated as a new revision cycle.

Clause 8: Customer Availability

Your availability during the revision process is essential for timely communication. ThesisBinding.ca is not responsible for delays caused by a lack of response from the customer, which may result in missed deadlines.

Clause 9: Clear Feedback

When requesting revisions, please provide clear, detailed instructions, preferably including feedback from your supervisor.

Clause 10: Specific Revision Details

State clearly what needs to be corrected and the exact changes required. Vague feedback such as “It’s not good” or “This isn’t what I wanted” cannot be accepted as valid revision requests.

Clause 11: Right to Refuse Revisions

ThesisBinding.ca reserves the right to deny revision requests that do not meet our outlined terms. If a free revision is not applicable, you may contact customer support for assistance, but we are not obligated to provide revisions beyond the stated policy.

Clause 12: Policy Updates

ThesisBinding.ca reserves the right to update this revision policy without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon implementation.

We are committed to providing the best possible service and welcome your feedback to improve your experience.
