While we aim to provide the best quality, we understand there may be rare instances of dissatisfaction. In such cases, refunds may be processed under the terms and conditions outlined below.

We strongly encourage all clients to review this refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Conditions1. Late Orders – Missed Deadlines

We prioritize timely delivery and aim to meet every deadline. However, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order is late:

  • Contact our support team immediately to report the issue.
  • A full refund or store credit may be issued if the order is proven unusable and remains unsubmitted.
  • If you use the material despite the delay, only a partial refund may be granted. Proof of deducted marks due to late submission will be required.
  • Refunds for delays caused by incomplete or late responses from clients will not be processed.
2. Low Quality – Failing to Meet Standards

We guarantee high-quality work but offer revisions if you are unsatisfied. Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The paper contains plagiarism, verified by authentic proof.
  • Quality issues persist even after revisions.
  • Revisions or redo options must be requested within 20 days of delivery. Beyond this period, refunds are not applicable.
  • Drafts provided during the process should be reviewed, and any issues must be reported promptly. Refunds will not apply to unresolved issues highlighted after submission.
3. Incorrect Charges – Double Payments
  • Notify us immediately with proof of the transaction.
  • We will process a full refund for the additional charges.
4. Unavailability of Expert

In the rare event that an expert is unavailable, clients can opt to place a new order of equal value.

5. Client-Requested Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Full refunds or store credits will be issued for cancellations within this timeframe, provided no work has commenced.
Additional Refund Terms1. Grades and Performance

We guarantee quality but cannot promise specific grades, as final results depend on overall student performance.

2. Failures – Proof Required

Refund claims for failed grades must be submitted within 30 days of submission, along with authentic grade sheets and instructor feedback. Refunds of 30%-50% may be issued based on the findings of our quality assurance team.

3. Refund Period

Refund claims must be made within 30 days of the order's delivery date. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. We encourage clients to contact our support team for dispute resolution. Suspicious or fraudulent claims may result in legal action.

Refund Process
  • Claims must be submitted via email with clear reasoning and any necessary proof.
  • Informal communication (e.g., live chat or social media) will not be accepted as a formal refund request.
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval, with payments issued shortly thereafter.
Important Notes

Refunds are only applicable when the terms above are met and approved by our Quality Assurance team. A 10% deduction will be applied to refunds to cover transaction and service fees.
